Universities South Africa (USAf) has confirmed that the following ten universities will accept late applications for the 2025 academic year:

Out of these, three universities will also allow walk-in applications:

Late Applications at Unisa
Unisa will reopen applications for certain qualifications, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. Here’s what you need to know:
- Undergraduate applications: Open from 13 to 27 January 2025.
- Postgraduate diplomas and honours degrees: Also open during this period.
- Doctoral programmes: Applications for these are already open and will close on 31 January 2025.
