The Potato Industry Development Trust, through Potatoes South Africa, provides bursaries to diploma, undergraduate and post graduate students studying agriculture at a tertiary institution in South Africa.

The Potato Industry Development Trust (PIDT) invites applications from students who wish to pursue their post graduate studies in the field of Agriculture.

Applications from students who have an interest in pursuing a research in a potato related field will receive priority.

Enclosed please find a *bursary application form for study at a local university, together with the rules relating thereto valid for the 2023/2024 academic year only.

You must complete all the questions in the form and attach all relevant documents where requested to.

If you leave any questions blank, we may send the incomplete form back to you and it will not be submitted to the Bursary Committee until all the necessary information is provided.

The closing date for applications, are to reach our offices by no later than 15 August 2022.
