Capitec Bursary Programme 2020

We offer bursaries to fund studies in selected fields and are looking for individuals who: are determined to succeed, motivated to reach their dreams and will seize every available opportunity. If you fit this description and need help funding your studies, we would like to hear from you!

Qualifications Bursary applicants must fulfil one of the following 3 criteria:

Russian Government Scholarship for South Africans 2019

The Russian Government offers annual scholarships for South Africans to study at Russian institutions. The scholarship is offered for Bachelor's, Masters and PhD degrees. Most programmes are taught in the Russian language.

Scholarship recipients are required to undertake a preparatory course related to their field of study (including language training) for one year before pursuing their degree studies.

Only after passing the examinations of the college preparatory course can they start their degree studies.

The Loeries Creative Future Scholarship Is Open For Applications

The scholarship provides an opportunity for an aspiring Grade 12 learner, with financial need, to study a three-year degree in Brand Communication in Johannesburg.

The Loeries Creative Future scholarship was launched 10 years ago in 2008 to encourage and enable creativity at grassroots levels.

The scholarship is now the creative industry's richest bursary, covering everything a learner requires, including fees, study materials, accommodation and living expenses as well as mentorship, internship and employment in the advertising and brand communication industry.

Armscor Bursary

Armscor, the Armaments Corporation of South Africa, is seeking suitable candidates to register at a South African university or university of technology.

Bursary applications for academic year 2018 are now open from the 1st August 2017, and the closing date is 31st October 2017.

Application forms will be uploaded on the Armscor website for downloads and for completion by the applicant.

Armscor: Bursary / Scholarship Programme 2016

Armscor offers a limited number of bursaries to individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who are studying in the following engineering fields: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering and Electrical Engineering, aeronautics, mechatronics, computer science and ergonomics disciplines. – these students must have completed their first-year studies successfully.

Interested in studying IT? The Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa (IITPSA) is inviting applicants to apply for a bursary. 

The bursary will provide financial support to full time students enabling them to complete their education and pursue a career which will help to grow the IT industry and the South African economy.

The Citrus Academy bursary is open to any person studying at a registered tertiary education institution. Students must be studying in a field related to citrus production or research.

The Western Cape Provincial Treasury launched this bursary programme in 2008. Through the programme, youth will have the opportunity to access tertiary education.
