Research which higher education institutions offer study programmes that correspond with your career choice.
HCI Foundation bursaries are primarily for students who will be in their 1st year of study in 2019 and our current bursary recipients.
The HCI Foundation Bursary Programme provides ﬁnancial assistance to academically deserving and financially needy students, pursuing an undergraduate degree up to Honours level in any ﬁeld of study, at a public university or university of technology in South Africa.
Applications for other years of study will only be considered if we have spaces available.
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) says the first day of online applications for 2019, are going smoothly without any technical glitches.
“At 10am this morning of the first day, more than 400 new applications have successfully been submitted, and more than 8 000 users have already visited the NSFAS website to learn more about the application step,” NSFAS Administrator Dr Randall Carolissen said.
NSFAS online applications for 2019 opened on Monday and will close on 30 November 2018.
SITFE has provided bursaries to over 10 200 students, financed school building projects, given assistance to tertiary institutions and has worked closely with specialist educational organizations to improve overall education standards.
The Mitchell’s Plain Bursary and Role Model Trust assists with registration and/or tuition fees for studies at tertiary institutions such as the University of Cape Town, University of the Western Cape, University of Stellenbosch, Cape Peninsula University of Technology and Further Education and Training Colleges.
The Department of Health is promoting careers in Health Sciences and is offering provincial bursaries to qualifying students in various fields.
