Sasol Foundation Bursary Programme
The Sasol Foundation offers all-inclusive bursaries to talented individuals who are planning to study full-time towards an undergraduate or postgraduate Degree or Diploma to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and non-STEM careers. The bursary will be extended to students wishing to study towards health and social sciences professions, amongst others.
We are offering bursary opportunities to top-performing students who are currently in Grade 12, 1st Year, 2nd Year and 3rd year for Mining Related Disciplines.
We provide bursaries to individuals in need of financial assistance and to those who require practical experience, so that they can meet the requirements of their mining-related subjects.

The South African Society of Crop Production annually awards bursaries to deserving undergraduate and postgraduate students (must be a South African citizen or South African permanent resident) who study full-time for a degree in the broad area of Crop Production (Agronomy / Crop Science) at a South African University.
Scholarships awarded by the South African Association of Botanists for 2020
Each year the South African Association of Botanists awards “SAAB Scholarships”, to SADEC graduates with 70% or above grade average. In 2020, three awards of R10 000 for 1 year of tertiary study at Honours level (or 4th year level of study) in any botanically-related science will be granted to three registered students, on a competitive basis.

Types of scholarships available

1) New Zealand Scholarship for International Tertiary
The Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG); through the National Disaster Management Centre (NDMC} hereby invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the National Disaster Management Centre's Bursary Programme for the 2020 Academic year.
