The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) is facilitating full time bursaries for the academic year 2021. The bursary is targeting eligible South African female scholars from disadvantaged social backgrounds currently doing or have completed grade 12. The recepients should be studying towards mining related fields preferably in the following disciplines:
SAWISE - the Association of South African Women in Science and Engineering is offering a scholarship. The SAWISE scholarship is ONLY open to females ONLY pursuing their 4th year [e.g. BSc (Honours) or equivalent] of study at tertiary level.
