Trainee 18.2 Bursars

Sibanye-Stillwater awards a limited number of bursaries each year to selected candidates to study for a bachelor’s degree at a South African university.

The intention of the scheme is to provide Sibanye-Stillwater with high-calibre graduates who wish to make their career in one of its companies.

WBHO Construction Bursary 2020

WBHO Construction (Pty) Ltd offer bursaries, in-service training as well as vacation work in line with relevant fields of study.

In order to apply for one of the programmes offered by WBHO, the relevant application form as well as accompanying documentation should be emailed through to the respective email address.

Sasol Bursary 2020

The Sasol Bursary Programme offers bursaries on the basis of a service-binding (work back obligation after graduation) contract.

Applications may be submitted for one of the following fields of study:

Undergraduate studies:

B Eng or BSc Engineering

B Sc

B Com

Chemistry (Masters compulsory)

B Com Accounting  CA Stream (CTA, PGDA compulsory)

CHIETA Bursary Application 2019 - 2020

The CHIETA has established a bursary Programme to offer financial assistance to young South Africans who qualify to undertake full-time studies at any accredited South African Public Tertiary Institution.

CHIETA 2020 Bursary Applications is now open until 28 February 2019, NO late applications will be considered.

The application window will open on 01 February 2019 (If you have not heard from CHIETA by 31 March 2019 consider your application unsuccessful).

Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) Sector Education and Training Authority Bursary Scheme

Today the bursary scheme continues to assist students by offering them the opportunity to study these careers at Higher Education and Training (HET).

The MQA bursary is available to students that have enrolled with universities, Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges, and universities of technology. The bursary scheme covers tuition and registration fees; residence fees or out of residence living costs; books; stationery; and toolkit allowance per bursar per semester.

Who is eligible?

SEDISA Black Women Education Bursary Trust

The focus of the Trust is to assist previously disadvantaged young women of colour in obtaining a tertiary education. 

The young women that we support would not have had an opportunity to study further without the Trust.

By funding these Students we ensure they are able to obtain a tertiary qualification .

Which not only helps them but provides support to their families as the Trust pays for tuition, accommodation, books.

The Trust provides the Students an opportunity to enhance their lives as young South African women .

Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme In Hungary

Thousands of students from all around the world apply for higher educational studies in Hungary each year.

The number of Stipendium Hungaricum applicants is continuously increasing as well as the number of available scholarship places. In the 2018/2019 round of applications more than 4100 scholarships were awarded.

In the academic year 2019/20 more than 5000 students can begin their studies in Hungary in the framework of the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme.
