The Aurecon Bursary Scheme offers motivated, high achieving scholars and students, all-round support to study engineering and advisory related degrees at accredited universities. Aurecon is a global engineering and infrastructure advisory company, one of South Africa's leading engineering consultancies.

This bursary Aurecon is offering applies to undergraduate level BSc or BEng degrees in the following fields:

Civil engineering
Mechanical engineering
Electronic engineering
Electrical engineering
Industrial engineering
Chemical Engineering and other related disciplines

Applications close: 31 August 2020 South Africa Standard Time

Candidate Requirements: 

Basic requirements to qualify for the Aurecon Bursary Programme are:
Grade 12 students
Valid South Africa ID
Grade 12 requirements, pure maths and physical science
You must achieve a 7 symbol in Mathematics and Science with 75% and above overall average in your Grade 12 year.
Able to provide proof of official current academic results

1st year , 2nd and 3rd year university students
1st year: 70% average
2nd year: 65%-70% average
3rd year: 60%-65% average
Valid South Africa ID
National Senior certificate or equivalent
Students must obtain a maintain a minimum of 80% aggregate to be considered.
