Toyota Tsusho Africa (Pty) Ltd offer a number of bursaries and vacation work opportunities to students attending Tshwane University of Technology (TUT).

Bursaries are open to undergrad and postgrad students studying in the following fields: 

  • B.Eng. (Mechanical Engineering)
  • BSc (Computer Science and Information Technology)
  • B.com (Accounting)
  • B.com (Business Science)
  • B.com Supply Chain Management/Entrepreneurship
  • B.com Sales and Marketing
  • Environmental Science
  • Legal and Risk Management
  • Digital Business
  • Honours/Masters students in any of the above fields

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Must be a citizen or have permanent residency in South Africa
  • Be enrolled or intending to enrol as a full- time student in a South African university
  • Must have an overall average result of 65% at Grade 12
  • Must maintain excellent tertiary results throughout his/her studies

How to Apply: 

  1. Complete the Application Form
  2. Hand deliver completed forms to the Student Funding Centre together with the following Documents:
  • Certified copy of your identity document
  • Latest copy of results/ academic transcripts
  • Proof of acceptance from the university (for first year students only)
  • Certified copy of parents/guardian/spouse proof of income
  • Affidavit of unemployment of parent/guardian/spouse

Should you not have received a response by the 11th December 2020, please consider your application unsuccessful.

The Sage External Bursary is aimed at funding undergraduate students. Applicants must be studying at a public university in South Africa.

The purpose of the Amazon bursary aims to develop a talent pipeline for Amazon (AWS) in South Africa. Bursaries are awarded to students in fields relevant to the technology sector.

Interested in studying IT? The Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa (IITPSA) is inviting applicants to apply for a bursary. 

The bursary will provide financial support to full time students enabling them to complete their education and pursue a career which will help to grow the IT industry and the South African economy.

The Citrus Academy bursary is open to any person studying at a registered tertiary education institution. Students must be studying in a field related to citrus production or research.

The Western Cape Provincial Treasury launched this bursary programme in 2008. Through the programme, youth will have the opportunity to access tertiary education.
