How to Contact NSFAS During COVID-19

During the current nationwide lockdown, the NSFAS offices are closed. Applicants who have questions to be answered may be wondering how they will be able to contact NSFAS to have them answered. NSFAS has opened some channels to allow applicants to contact them. Read below to find out how to contact NSFAS without going to the physical offices.

There is now an NSFAS Contact Centre which is available during the working hours of 8:30 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. There are multiple ways to reach the Contact Centre which are:

Email: [email protected]

Facebook: National Student Financial Aid Scheme

Twitter: @myNSFAS

Instagram: @myNSFAS

NSFAS has also started a partnership with the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA). This partnership allows NSFAS to use the NYDA centres in order to assist applicants who have not yet applied. This especially applies to those who do not have internet access or those in rural areas. These centres are open every Monday to Friday during office hours.

For those students who wish to access their NSFAS allowances through NSFAS Wallet can make use of the NSFAS Chat. NSFAS Chat is a fast and reliable way to reset your NSFAS Wallet accounts through logging into your MyNSFAS accounts. Click here for more information on NSFAS Chat.
