Geosciences Full-Time Bursaries For 2020

The Council a Geoscience (CGS) herewith invites university students and Grade 12 learners to apply for a full-time CGS bursary for the 2020 academic year. The objective of the CGS bursary is to create, enhance and support expertise in the geosciences and related technical fields.

The CGS bursary programme will co-fund students studying towards a PhD.

CHILE: Nelson Mandela Scholarships for 2020

The Chilean Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AGCID) is offering grants to pursue Master's studies at Chilean higher education institutions in 2020.

The purpose of the AGCID Grant Programme is to contribute to the advanced formation of human capital.

The grants are offered to professionals who are citizens of South Africa, Mozambique and Angola. The call for the Nelson Mandela 2020 Scholarships is in Annex 1.

Msunduzi Municipality Bursary

Bursaries are available from Msunduzi for students who want to study a range of different diplomas or degrees at any college or university in SA.

Applications for External Bursaries offered by Msunduzi Municipality are expected from candidates who are studying or have been accepted by an institution of higher learning to study towards the following qualifications:

MISA TECHNICAL BURSARY 2020

The MISA Technical Bursary Scheme is targeting needy South African students who are studying or intend studying towards technical professions in the built environment, particularly Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Urban and Regional Planning and Environmental Management.

Consideration will be given to applicants from households with a combined household gross income of less than R 120 000 per annum. 2.

Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bursary 2020

The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) intends to award comprehensive bursaries to qualifying applicants pursuing and/or intending to further their studies in critical scarce skills in the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors for the 2020 academic year.

The bursary will cover tuition, accommodation, books, meals and monthly allowance.

The bursary awards target the previously disadvantaged and impoverished persons from poverty-stricken and rural communities.
