The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan is offering scholarships for Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral programmes to the citizens of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) countries (including South Africa) to study at leading Azerbaijan universities.
The Department of Higher Education and Training is responsible for nominations for this scholarship.

The Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG); through the National Disaster Management Centre (NDMC} hereby invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the National Disaster Management Centre's Bursary Programme for the 2020 Academic year.
The NDMC's Bursary Programme seeks to fund selected students enrolled for a higher qualification in Disaster Risk Science and/or Disaster Management at Public Institutions in South Africa.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY:
The MQA bursary scheme was established to increase the number of students taking careers in the mining and minerals sector. Today the bursary scheme continues to assist students by offering them the opportunity to study these careers at Higher Education and Training (HET).
If you’re a 2nd year or higher university student studying towards a diploma or degree in film and TV or related qualification in need of financial assistance, you are invited to apply for the MTFza one year bursary.

These are awarded by companies who are aiming to attract potential skilled employees. They are therefore offering a bursary to enable you to complete your studies but you will need to sign a contract in terms of which you undertake to work for the company on graduation. The service commitment is usually on a year for a year basis. Should you not fulfill this obligation you will be obliged to repay the bursary funding, often with interest or administration costs added.
REAP is a holistic Higher Education Support Programme. In an attempt to reduce poverty and empower young people to improve the quality of their lives, the Rural Education Access Programme (REAP) assists students from rural areas across South Africa to succeed at selected universities.
