To change your number, you need to:

  1. Log into your myNSFAS account
  2. Update your contact details
  3. Go to NSFAS Connect
  4. Create a case
  5. Submit a picture of your ID using a cell phone
  6. Provide your old and new number in the description section
  7. Indicate that you need to change your number to access your NSFAS Wallet account

If you are unable to access your myNSFAS account to submit this request, you may send a request to NSFAS via the NSFAS social media inbox (DM) or email.
