As a NSFAS applicant, you are expected to upload your application information, such as personal details and all necessary documents, onto the myNSFAS portal. To do this, students will have to set up a unique username and password that will be associated with their student application profile.
However, it is also not uncommon that applicants might forget the login information that they might have set up for their profile.
If you have forgotten your NSFAS username then follow these easy steps:
- Go to the myNSFAS student portal.
- Click on Forgot your password? Click here
- Enter your ID Number.
- Click on I can't remember my username. Then click SUBMIT.
Once you have followed these four easy steps then your username will be sent to your registered cell phone number and e-mail address.
