Each year, NSFAS receives hundreds of thousands of applications from students all over the country looking to have their tertiary education funded by them. Given the large number of applications each year, it is not uncommon that students might have to wait a while before knowing the status of their application.
As a result, students might find that some of their personal details might change as they await a response from NSFAS. If a student experiences this, there is no need to worry as the myNSFAS portal makes it possible to edit these details so that students' information remains up to date, and that NSFAS maintains the ability to communicate with students using their updated information.
If you would like to change your contact details, you may do so by following these easy steps:
- Login on the myNSFAS student portal by clicking here.
- Enter your username and password, then click SIGN IN!
- Click on My Personal Details.
- Remove the incorrect information then update your contact details.
- Click on Update Your Details, to save all the changes you have made.
Once you have followed these five steps then your contact details will be updated.
