How NSFAS Funding Works for Occupational Programmes
NSFAS primarily covers the tuition fees for the entire duration of your occupational programme. It's important to note that allowances for living expenses (accommodation, travel, personal needs, and learning materials) are only available to students undergoing simulated training.
This means if you're enrolled in an occupational programme with a stipend-paying employment contract, you won't be eligible for NSFAS allowances.
